The project aims to identify and address challenges in IIT Bombay Hospital's existing systems through a comprehensive UX design process.

Through user research, interviews, affinity mapping, problem analysis, and ideation, we developed an app to streamline healthcare access and improve processes for better efficiency and user experience.
